The Christian Villa three minutes from the heart of Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, five minutes from one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, and an exclusive gated estate overlooking the harbor on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Traditional Virgin Islands décor that is elegant, full of history and adorned with the finest furniture available in the Caribbean.

This luxurious 4500 square foot 3 bedroom, plus an office with WI-FI, and a sitting room adjoining the master bedroom that can serve as an additional bedroom has a basement apartment that adds an additional 600 sq. feet right off of the pool area. The entire Villa is handicap accessible with ramps to all area inclusive of a 900 sq. ft. terrace with a view of the harbor for relaxing, sun bathing and partying. This allows all ages to enjoy this residence for there are no areas that are inaccessible from the parking spaces to the pool to the terrace. This residence overlooks the historic port of Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and on a clear day one can see as far as St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The views give one an easterly as well as southern view of St. Thomas where the trade winds can be experienced even on a very warm day. There are phenomenal views of Hassle and Water Island situated in the harbor. In the evenings one gets a clear view of the lights and activities of the town without the noise and bustle while enjoying breathtaking ocean views.

The home is constructed of basalt stone which is a very hard volcanic stone used by the Danes on many of the historic buildings that are still evident in the city of Charlotte Amalie, a nationally acclaimed historic city. Throughout the residence are relics such mahogany bed to the crystal chandelier to the pool that has an inlaid rose at its bottom. It is a home that captures all of the elegances of luxury living. All rooms have air-conditioning but also have fans that are the traditional way that most Virgin Islanders enjoy the trade wind breezes entering the home. The Villa and view are just plain stunning. From the pool and sun deck there’s a 180-degree panorama view of the harbor. The view of the harbor can be enjoyed through various rooms throughout the Villa.
